This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a hands-on approach to operational management.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and support the performance of the local operational team.Manage and oversee daily work of local service providers (ISPs).Communicate with clients: resolve incidents, clarify needs, collect feedback to improve processes and product quality.Contribute to planning and monitor achievement of financial KPIs.RequirementsLegal residence in Brazil (Brazilian passport or valid residence permit).Fluency in Portuguese and English or Russian (mandatory)Proven experience in project management and team leadership.ScheduleFull-time — flexibility required (24/7 operations environment 😉).Compensation and benefits to be discussed based on experience.If you are a proactive leader ready to take ownership and drive operational excellence in Brazil, we would love to hear from you.Apply now or reach out for more details
