Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Support Analyst at Bluegreen. The Customer Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support, resolving customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and analyzing customer support data to improve processes.
Qualifications
- Customer Support and Customer Service skills
- Analytical Skills for troubleshooting and data analysis
- Knowledge of ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Technical Support expertise
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in english
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the financial or technology industry is a plus
