This role will work closely with the TA team, assisting with candidate sourcing, résumé screening, interview scheduling, and maintaining an excellent candidate experience.This is a great opportunity for someone beginning their career in Human Resources and looking to gain hands-on experience in recruitment.ResponsibilitiesConduct resume screening based on job requirements;Perform initial candidate outreach (phone, Whats App, email, or video);Schedule interviews and support ongoing selection processes;Post and manage job openings on job boards and social networks;Update candidate status in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System);Provide feedback to candidates and ensure a positive experience;Support Recruiters and HR Team in administrative and recruiting tasks;Participate in interviews alongside more senior team members.
