Content Manager

What you’ll do

Your mission as a Content Manager will be Provide white glove service to content creators with experience uplift (within existing templates), Content management, and consultative support to increase engagement. Create Landing Pages, as directed, in support of new stakeholders Project Management skills, excellent communication skills, empathetic customer delivery. Excellent empathetic communication skills, ability to escalate situations, ability to create engaging experiences, understanding of CMS, sales enablement and LuMapps. Upskilling and cross-skilling to create bandwidth and synergy with PitchHub team. Expertise in building template and shaping the navigation. Clear communication skills. Define SOP for incoming content and hand hold stake holders with specialized requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program management, reporting, project management, deliverable creation, update of documentation, session scheduling, coordination with LumApps PM
  • Learning the intricacies of LumApps, content and pages for migration, taxonomy, metadata
  • Ensuring maintenance and resolution (deprecate/correction) of key (500) content in preparation for migration; creator of LumApps pages holding all project deliverables for both the project team and content creators, creating deliverables; helping prepare the migration spreadsheets.
  • Working with stakeholders for white glove treatment to intake content, new pages, updates, taking a first pass at wireframes for new pages in LumApps, content survey forms for content creators, working with CCs to ensure correct content is migrated.
  • Program management, reporting, project management, deliverable creation, update of documentation

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer applications
  • Language Level: Good communication skills in English

· Knowledge on both Seismic and LumApps along with design knowledge.

· Should have good interaction with customers and stakeholders
