Job Description

GLOBAL ENABLEMENT TEAM (GET)

The GET Enablement team plays a crucial role in nurturing essential skills within the workforce to deliver exceptional service and value to our clientele. GET works towards equipping sales personnel with pertinent programs, training, resources, and tools required to offer top-notch digital transformation solutions in the market. Our aim is to assist sellers in honing their skills, expanding their knowledge, and adopting high-performance habits that facilitate quicker, smarter, and more efficient customer success.

As an Enablement Business Partner (Sales EBP), you will hold a pivotal position in enhancing key sales skills and competencies for our sales team and field representatives. The Sales EBP serves as a reliable ally to sales managers and sellers, entrusted with providing the necessary tools, resources, skills, and knowledge to enhance overall efficiency, effectiveness, and demonstrate distinctive value to our customers. Additionally, you will play a central role in steering, supporting, and executing various regional and global enablement initiatives.

The Sales EBP collaborates with multiple departments in the US and Latin America to orchestrate cohesive enablement programs at the appropriate junctures. Leveraging leading educational principles, the Sales EBP designs and implements enablement programs that expedite the understanding and application of new sales skills in the field.

The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in enhancing selling capabilities in the field, spearheading sales enablement programs, and the capability to rally cross-functional teams around outcome-oriented enablement strategies. This role demands a well-rounded individual with exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills, coupled with a proven track record of spearheading successful sales enablement programs.

Responsibilities

  • Be the trusted enablement business partner to sales leaders and sellers in the field
  • Provide sellers with relevant knowledge, skills and tools to achieve sales objectives/priorities
  • Advocate for the sellers/learners and global enablement programs
  • Represent enablement in sales meetings/calls (QBRs, All-Hands, etc.)
  • Drive awareness of global and regional enablement programs
  • Drive feedback into global enablement programs
  • Run effective enablement research and discovery
  • Collaborate with the broader enablement team and subject matter experts on enablement programs, content, curriculum, deployment and metrics
  • Leverage global knowledge assets to construct, deliver or facilitate enablement solution for regional specific sales enablement needs
  • Reduce the noise in the field and provide clarity to relevant enablement that drives sales priorities/strategies
  • Manage and communicate enablement portfolio including, launches, updates, and success metrics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on enablement priorities
  • Run effective enablement prioritization with stakeholders
  • Build content and facilitate deliveries as appropriate
Qualifications

Capabilities/Experience

  • 5+ years in sales enablement
  • 3+ years in sales or supporting sales roles
  • Ability to build trusting relationships with stakeholders
  • Manage stakeholder partnerships
  • Demonstrate leadership and collaborate across all levels of the organization
  • Excellent communicator
