Job Description

GLOBAL ENABLEMENT TEAM (GET)

GET Enablement plays a vital role in cultivating essential skills among our field personnel to deliver outstanding experiences and value to our clientele. GET equips sales professionals with tailored programs, training, resources, and tools to spearhead exemplary digital transformations in the market. Our aim is to enhance sellers' skills, knowledge, and performance habits, thereby empowering our customers to achieve success swiftly, intelligently, and efficiently.

The Enablement Business Partner (Sales EBP) holds a pivotal position in nurturing key sales competencies and expertise for our sales force and field representatives. Acting as a trusted ally to sales managers and sellers, the Sales EBP is tasked with providing the necessary tools, resources, skills, and knowledge to enhance overall efficiency, effectiveness, and showcase distinctive value to our customers. They will also take the lead in steering, aiding, and executing various regional and global enablement initiatives.

The Sales EBP collaborates across various departments in the US and Latin America to deliver coherent enablement programs at the appropriate juncture. Moreover, the Sales EBP devises and implements leading learning practices in enablement programs to expedite the assimilation and application of new sales skills in the field.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in refining selling skill sets in the field, implementing sales enablement programs, and the ability to steer cross-functional teams through result-oriented enablement strategies. This role demands a well-rounded individual with exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills, coupled with a solid track record of spearheading sales enablement programs.

Responsibilities

  • Be the trusted enablement business partner to a sales leader and sellers in the field
  • Provide sellers with pertinent knowledge, skills, and tools to attain sales objectives/priorities
  • Advocate for the sellers/learners and global enablement programs
  • Represent enablement in sales meetings/calls (QBRs, All-Hands, etc.)
  • Heighten awareness of global and regional enablement programs
  • Incorporate feedback into global enablement programs
  • Conduct effective enablement research and discovery
  • Collaborate with the broader enablement team and subject matter experts on program content, curriculum, deployment, and metrics
  • Harness global knowledge assets to develop, deliver, or facilitate enablement solutions for region-specific sales enablement requirements
  • Simplify the landscape in the field and provide clarity on relevant enablement material that drives sales priorities/strategies
  • Oversee and communicate enablement portfolio encompassing launches, updates, and success metrics
  • Cooperate with cross-functional teams on enablement priorities
  • Conduct effective enablement prioritization with stakeholders
  • Create content and lead deliveries as deemed appropriate
