Brazil is a promising market for BRP with plans for significant growth in the upcoming years in LATAM. We aim to speed up the expansion of our business in Brazil to achieve our ambitious growth targets in the International Region.

As part of this, we are looking to hire a Regional General Manager, LATAM. The ideal candidate will be an experienced sales & P&L leader who can effectively oversee our local operations and drive the development of a high-performing team.

In addition, Campinas has been chosen as a future hub for our Digital and Data global teams. We are ramping up efforts to attract talent and meet our staffing requirements to establish a center of excellence in digital and data analytics at our Campinas office. While these teams will report to the global teams in Canada, the General Manager will serve as the local Site leader, responsible for fostering a culture aligned with BRP values and promoting collaboration among the teams, ensuring compliance with our Code of Ethics and internal policies.

WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO:

  • Develop and execute the business strategy for BRP in LATAM, identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
  • Manage LATAM P&L to meet wholesale, retail, PA&A, Network Development, and market share goals through leadership and team management.
  • Provide clear direction and priorities to the team in line with business objectives and BRP Values, leading and developing a high-performing team.
  • Oversee risk management and ensure compliance with internal policies, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Optimize Network coverage, cultivate new dealer relationships, and enhance existing dealer network quality.
  • Implement marketing, go-to-market, and dealer development initiatives effectively in the assigned territory.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships internally and externally.
  • Represent BRP in external relationships.
  • Lead as the Site Leader for the Brazilian office, establishing local governance, fostering a productive culture, and ensuring adherence to office rules and policies.

YOU WILL EXCEL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU POSSESS:

  • 10 to 15 years of field sales experience with P&L responsibility in powersports or automotive industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Previous supervisory and leadership experience.
  • Proficiency in English and Portuguese.
  • Experience with international business companies.
