Analista de marketing de conteúdo - Analista de marketing de conteúdo para Pioneer Sementes (50%) e Proteção de cultivos (50%).

A pessoa Analista de marketing de conteúdo sera responsavel por contribuir na elaboração, aprovação, derivações e implementação do conteúdo de Proteção de cultivos com foco, inicialmente, em soja (50%) e da Pioneer Sementes (50%), seguindo as jornadas - de produtores e conteúdo - ja pensados pelas linhas de negócios, tendo um papel fundamental de ser facilitadora entre os interlocutores envolvidos no processo, sendo eles, agência de comunicação (externo), coordenações de comunicação (internas), estratégia digital (interna e externa), agronomia (interna) e gerentes de marketing (internos).

O trabalho de operação de conteúdo se dara em primeira instância, nos processos citados acima, mas não se limitara somente a ele, sendo necessaria, a comunicação com a pessoa de marketing digital para alinhamento dos KPIs e formatos de acompanhamentos que serão realizados para medir a efetividade dos conteúdos propostos, gerando também relatórios e insights de temas e formatos para futuros conteúdo.

Atribuições e responsabilidades, mas não limitantes:

 Responsavel pela coordenação de conteúdos para as redes sociais e de Proteção de Cultivos e Sementes , além do site da , sendo um elo entre o time de Agronomia, marketing e Comunicação a fim de desenvolver conteúdo relevantes aos produtores de soja e milho relacionados ao portfólio da Corteva

 Elaborar com as agências de cada linha de negócio Proteção de cultivos e Sementes;

 Planejar, revisar e aprovar os conteúdos além de publicar nas devidas plataformas.

 Trabalhar próximo ao time de Digital Marketing da Corteva para acompanhamento das métricas de conteúdo, site, plataformas e demais estratégias digitais;

 Trabalhar com agências parceiras de comunicação para assegurar as estratégias de conteúdo das duas frentes de atuação;

 São considerados conteúdos para redes sociais e sites (institucionais, com foco em produtos) e conteúdos agronômicos;

 Analise das ações dos principais concorrentes em redes sociais e canais de conteúdo.

Qualifications

Qualificações para função:

  • Bacharelado em Jornalismo, publicidade e propaganda, relações públicas, redação publicitaria, marketing ou curso equivalente;
  • Organização e habilidade para gerenciar demandas simultâneas sera uma habilidade crucial;
  • Recomendavel (mas não é crucial) atuação entre 1 à 3 anos e conhecimento prévio e nos mercados de sementes e/ou proteção de cultivos;
  • Habilidade leitura crítica e habilidade de escrita são essenciais para função;
  • Colaboração e trabalho em equipe são características fundamentais para exercer a função pensando nas sinergias e grupos envolvidos;
  • Conhecer formato de trabalho de metodologia agil e perfil adaptativo de planejar/executar sera um diferencial;
  • É crucial habilidade para se comunicar em Inglês
