Responsabilidades

Implementar estratégias de 5Ps para cada categoria e plano de atividades para o Ambiente de Varejo atendido pelos Atacadistas; Garantir a execução dos planos de Marketing de Varejo para atingir as Metas de Comércio Indireto focadas em Atacadistas Suporte ao Gerente de Marketing Indireto de Varejo para garantir o desenvolvimento do canal e das atividades do CDT, devendo ser realizado de acordo com a estratégia comercial e metas de vendas. Garantir e acompanhar as Atividades/Planos fornecendo feedback dos resultados nas Reuniões de RE mensalmente; Trazer insights de campo para melhorar os planos estabelecidos de Marketing de Varejo; Adaptar as principais estratégias com Marketing de Retalho por RE e Região (Tablóides, sortido obrigatório, campanhas...); Assegurar a estratégia de investimento em todo o canal que suporta o GTM; Acompanhar e Monitorar GTN e margem por canal/clientes; Acompanhar e Monitorar a implementação dos 5P's e atividades dos clientes; Rastrear e monitorar o desempenho de distribuição (T&C) de cada atacadista; Desenvolver e implementar toda a Estratégia do Super Clube para engajar a força de vendas da WS; Acompanhamento de sell out e performance de estoque por Categoria/Cliente/Região; Garantir a classificação correta de ER no sistema; Padronização das atividades dos Blue Jackets: ou seja: Scorecard e Raio-X Suporte ao CDT/Planejamento Financeiro para controle do P&L do WS; Desenvolver planos para aumentar a distribuição numérica por atacadistas.

Requisitos

Ensino superior completo. Experiência comercial no canal indireto. Inglês avançado.

Desejável

MBA. Conhecimento em excel e access.
