Key Responsibilities:
AI Model Development: Develop and implement cutting-edge Generative AI models within an agentic architecture, utilizing local LLMs, OpenAI fine-tuning, and RAG techniques.Prompt Engineering: Design and optimize prompts to enhance AI model performance and user interaction.Data Analysis: Apply data science techniques to extract, cluster, and analyze data, driving continuous AI model improvements.Embeddings: Work with embeddings to improve the accuracy and relevance of AI models.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to understand business requirements and translate them into effective AI solutions.Continuous Improvement: Monitor and enhance AI models to ensure they meet high performance and accuracy standards.Research and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and data science, incorporating new techniques into our projects.Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for AI models and data science processes.
Requirements:
Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.Professional Experience: Proven experience in developing and deploying Generative AI models in a production environment.Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in data clustering, data mining, and feature extraction techniques.AI Expertise: Experience with local LLMs, OpenAI fine-tuning, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python and C#.Machine Learning Tools: Experience with frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
