MisiónEl Especialista en Propuestas se enfoca en coordinar y supervisar todas las actividades relacionadas con la compilación de propuestas. Este rol implica supervisar el proceso de desarrollo de propuestas desde su iniciación hasta su entrega, asegurando la precisión, calidad y cumplimiento con los estándares y políticas de la empresa.
Responsabilidades del Puesto- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el Jefe de la Unidad de Negocios, ingenieros de propuestas, personal operativo y de desarrollo de negocios para desarrollar y/o asesorar en la producción de documentos en respuesta a invitaciones de licitación.
- Liderar y apoyar en contratos, licitaciones y cotizaciones tomando un papel proactivo en la negociación y obtención de contratos importantes. Además, brindar apoyo en la preparación de licitaciones y cotizaciones.
- Actualizar la pipeline con nuevos prospectos.
- Identificar y reutilizar contenido pre-escrito existente en línea con preguntas específicas, adaptándolo a las necesidades individuales de los clientes.
- Coordinar y comunicarse con partes externas (clientes, socios de joint venture, subcontratistas, proveedores) y partes internas, incluyendo, pero no limitándose a, ventas, operaciones, comercio, legal, recursos humanos y finanzas.
- Convertir conocimientos de personal operativo y de desarrollo de negocios en soluciones y propuestas ganadoras.
- Recopilar información de mercado y competencia que sea útil para WSP en futuras propuestas y licitaciones.
- Grado en Ingeniería. Un MBA en un campo relevante sería un plus.
- Fluidez en inglés es obligatoria, conocimiento de español es un plus.
- Extensa experiencia en la preparación de licitaciones y gestión de contratos, así como en la gestión de proyectos de importantes estructuras de ingeniería, como puentes y túneles, de proveedores nacionales e internacionales.
- Conocimiento técnico y registro probado de al menos 5 años en el desarrollo de negocios de proyectos de infraestructura, especialmente con enfoque en ferrocarril, metro, puertos, logística, TOD y proyectos similares con sectores gubernamentales y privados.
- Experiencia en todas las fases de proyectos de transporte urbano por ferrocarril en contratos de licitación internacional (FIDIC), es decir, planificación, preparación de documentos de licitación, licitación, gestión postlicitación, firma de contrato.
- Experiencia y conocimiento en cumplir con los requisitos de proyectos de instituciones de financiamiento internacional.
