The position is a key member of a technical support team responsible for pre-sales technical offers in Brazil. Provide pre-sales support and technical alignment with clients (EPCs/System Integrators, Investors, Technical Advisors) Support sales team with ESS system technical solutions Become a trusted technical advisor to the customer's engineering staff Track market demands from key accounts Set up a channel between internal teams and customers Interpret regulatory requirements and provide input to R&D Support, coordinate and develop offers and technical solutions Convince customers to buy products from a technical point of view Collect market information, including emerging market data, industry trends, product standards and competitor information.
