Job Title: Sales Associate - Cutting Tools Specialist At our organization, we seek a skilled Sales Associate to specialize in cutting tools for the B2B market. This is a full-time hybrid role, located in São Paulo, SP, where you will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, demonstrate product benefits, negotiate contracts, and close sales. You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date on market trends and providing exceptional customer service with partial work-from-home flexibility. Qualifications: Expertise in sales and negotiation, including experience in B2B sales and client relationship management Technical knowledge of cutting tools and industrial applications Excellent communication and presentation skills Strategic thinking and market analysis abilities Self-motivation and goal-oriented attitude, along with the ability to work independently Proficiency in written and spoken Portuguese; knowledge of English is an advantage Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
