We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Influencer Relations Specialist to join our team. As an Influencer Relations Specialist, you will play a key role in driving brand growth through influencer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Influencer Identification & Outreach: Research and identify influencers that align with our brand’s values, target audience, and campaign goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers.
  • Negotiation & Contract Management: Manage contracts and negotiate influencer fees, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns. Regularly report results to management and suggest improvements for future campaigns.
  • Content Collaboration & Approval: Work with influencers to ensure content is on-brand and aligns with our guidelines.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new platforms, and influencer market shifts to ensure DIKIDI Business remains competitive and innovative.


Key Qualifications:

  • We are open to candidates both with and without experience in Influencer Relations, provided the latter have experience in sales roles.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to advocate on behalf of the company you represent.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language skills: Brazilian Portuguese + fluent English


What We Offer:

The basic salary is R$2500 per month + KPI R$2000 (KPI to be applied after a 3-month trial period)
