  • Graduação finalizada ou em andamento em Publicidade, Jornalismo, Comunicação Organizacional, Marketing e áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência em organização de eventos e ativações de marca;
  • Conhecimento em estratégias de fidelização de clientes e marketing de relacionamento;
  • Domínio de ferramentas digitais (WhatsApp, e-mail marketing, redes sociais);
  • Boa escrita e noções básicas de design para criação de conteúdos, como posts informativos, convites, enquetes e newsletters;
  • Capacidade analítica para interpretar dados de engajamento e satisfação, formulários e dashboards;
  • Habilidade de gestão de projetos de forma simultânea;
  • Perfil proativo, desenrolado e com espírito empreendedor, que possui comunicação empática e gere relações com facilidade;
  • Perfil autônomo e com responsabilidade extrema.

Diferenciais:

  • Desejável conhecimento do setor automotivo e das necessidades dos clientes (oficinas, varejistas, frotistas).
    • Desenvolver e manter uma comunidade engajada de clientes, cultivando senso de pertencimento e lealdade à marca;
    • Planejar e executar campanhas e experiências que fortaleçam a conexão com os clientes (ex.: concursos, sorteios, eventos técnicos e comemorativos);
    • Organizar eventos presenciais ou virtuais voltados à comunidade de clientes, cuidando da logística, conteúdo e pós-evento;
    • Criar e gerenciar canais de comunicação diretos com os clientes (WhatsApp, redes sociais, fóruns), promovendo interações constantes e acolhedoras;
    • Implementar programas contínuos de relacionamento (clubes de vantagens, programas de fidelidade e grupos VIP), monitorando adesão e oferecendo benefícios exclusivos;
    • Trabalhar em parceria com Marketing e Inteligência Comercial, alinhando ações da comunidade às estratégias da empresa e compartilhando leads;
    • Gerir parcerias estratégicas com influenciadores, patrocinadores ou outros parceiros comerciais para ampliar o impacto das ativações;
    • Negociar e coordenar ações conjuntas que fortaleçam a presença da marca;
    • Acompanhar indicadores de engajamento e satisfação (NPS, participação, feedbacks), gerando relatórios com oportunidades de melhoria;
    • Liderar projetos especiais com clientes, como co-criação de produtos e testes de novidades, gerindo temas sensíveis com responsabilidade;
    • Atuar como ponto focal para resolução de conflitos e suporte, com empatia e profissionalismo;
    • Representar a marca e sua cultura junto à comunidade.
