This role is responsible for fostering a positive and dynamic workspace community.

A Day at Our Workspace

The ideal candidate will arrive before the workspace opens to ensure everything is ready. Throughout the morning, they will assist customers with various requests, such as changing WiFi codes, finding meeting rooms, and setting up equipment.

The Community Liaison Specialist will also be responsible for ensuring that all services are properly charged and that invoices are accurate.

They will have opportunities to work closely with the Community Manager to plan and execute networking events, create promotional materials, and develop marketing strategies.

About You

We are looking for someone who is a good communicator, has excellent problem-solving skills, and is able to work well under pressure. Ideally, you will have 1+ years of customer service experience and be proficient in MS Office and other basic IT equipment.

You should be confident in your ability to adapt to new situations, build strong relationships with customers, and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
