About Us:

We are a rapidly growing company that specializes in short-term property management. Our goal is to provide seamless, high-quality service to homeowners and guests.

The Owner Relations Specialist will be the main point of contact for our homeowners. You will communicate with property owners, share information with our internal teams, and ensure all requests are handled promptly and professionally.

This role requires exceptional English communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary liaison between homeowners and our internal teams
  • Handle homeowner inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
  • Keep homeowners updated on property matters and address their requests in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and guest communication teams to resolve issues
  • Maintain accurate records of homeowner interactions and follow-ups
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or customer relations is beneficial
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
