Property Manager Liaison Role

We are seeking an organized and efficient Property Manager Liaison to join our team.

  • This role will be the primary point of contact for property owners, communicating with them and relaying information to internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  1. Act as the main liaison between property owners and internal teams
  2. Handle homeowner inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
  3. Ensure homeowners are updated on property matters and requests are addressed in a timely manner
  4. Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and guest communication teams to resolve issues
  5. Maintain accurate records of homeowner interactions and follow-ups
Requirements:
  • Excellent English (both written and spoken)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or customer relations is a plus
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Benefits:
