Job Overview
The primary point of contact for our homeowners will be responsible for communication, information relay, and prompt issue resolution.
Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between homeowners and internal teams
- Handle homeowner inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Ensure homeowners are updated on property matters and requests are addressed in a timely manner
- Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and guest communication teams to resolve issues
- Maintain accurate records of homeowner interactions and follow-ups
Requirements
- Excellent English (both written and spoken)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or customer relations is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
