Position Overview:
The Property Manager Liaison will serve as the primary point of contact for our homeowners, communicating with property owners, relaying information to internal teams, and ensuring prompt handling of all requests. This role requires excellent English communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the main liaison between homeowners and internal teams
- Handle homeowner inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Ensure homeowners are updated on property matters and requests are addressed in a timely manner
- Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and guest communication teams to resolve issues
- Maintain accurate records of homeowner interactions and follow-ups
Qualifications:
- Excellent English (both written and spoken)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or customer relations is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
