About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to support our talent acquisition processes. This role will work closely with the TA team, assisting with candidate sourcing, résumé screening, interview scheduling, and maintaining an excellent candidate experience.
This is a great opportunity for someone beginning their career in Human Resources and looking to gain hands-on experience in recruitment.
Responsibilities
Conduct resume screening based on job requirements;
Perform initial candidate outreach (phone, Whats App, email, or video);
Schedule interviews and support ongoing selection processes;
Post and manage job openings on job boards and social networks;
Update candidate status in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System);
Provide feedback to candidates and ensure a positive experience;
Support Recruiters and HR Team in administrative and recruiting tasks;
Participate in interviews alongside more senior team members.
