We're looking for a Revenue Operations Business Partner to join our growing LATAM teamIn this role, you'll be the strategic partner to our LATAM Sales Leaders , helping shape data-driven decisions, optimize go-to-market strategies, and ensure operational excellence across the region.
About The Role
What You'll Do
Partner with sub-regional Sales Leaders to drive performance through data-backed insights and segment strategy.
Identify gaps and opportunities across the funnel to accelerate revenue growth.
Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews , highlighting key trends, performance, and opportunities.
Own all Direct Sales cadences, dashboards, and business tools , ensuring smooth execution of the sales rhythm.
Collaborate cross-functionally on growth initiatives that support the long-term vision for LATAM.
Support forecasting and pipeline health reviews , providing actionable insights to leadership.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Operations.
Requirements
What You'll Bring
5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or a similar analytical/strategic role (B2B SaaS experience strongly preferred).
Proven success partnering with Sales teams to drive performance and operational improvements.
Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, Google Sheets/Excel , and BI tools such as Looker or Tableau .
Excellent storytelling and presentation skills -able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
A proactive, curious, and collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
