Escopo:

- Gestão de KPIs (nível de serviço, ciclo do pedido, logística reversa)

- Acompanhamento de carteira (gestão de pedidos e acompanhamento de entrega)

- Alinhamento multifuncional com vendas, transportadoras, operações de centro de distribuição para ter o End to End de prazos de entrega, possíveis gargalos, diagnósticos e planos de ação para garantir a operação de páscoa (maior sazonalidade do ano).
