Job - Senior Data Analyst Work Location – Sao Paulo,Brazil (Hybrid)Employment Type: Full time Start date – DOEJob DescriptionWe are seeking a highly analytical and business savvy Senior Data Analyst to drive insights and decision making for our financial products portfolio including credit analysis loans and credit cardsIn this role you will combine data science expertise with business acumen to design data driven strategies optimize risk models and enhance customer experience You will work closely with stakeholders across Product Risk and Technology teams to transform raw data into actionable intelligence.Key ResponsibilitiesData Strategy AnalysisLead the design and execution of advanced analytics for credit risk loan performance and card usageDevelop and maintain dashboards KPIs and reporting frameworks using Google Data Studio and LookerPerform deepdive analyses to identify trends anomalies and opportunities for growth or risk mitigationModeling InsightsCollaborate with Data Scientists to build and validate predictive models for credit scoring fraud detection and customer segmentationApply statistical techniques and machine learning methods to improve decision making in underwriting and portfolio managementTranslate complex data findings into clear actionable recommendations for business leadersCollaboration CommunicationPartner with Product Managers and Finance teams to align analytics with business objectivesPresent insights and strategies to senior stakeholders ensuring clarity and impactAct as a bridge between technical teams and business units fostering a data driven culture.Required QualificationsExperience 5 years in data analytics or business analysis preferably in financial servicesEducation Bachelors or Master’s degree in Data Science Statistics Economics or related field.Technical SkillsAdvanced proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysisExperience with Google Big Query for largescale data processingStrong knowledge of statistical modeling and predictive analyticsBusiness SkillsDeep understanding of credit products risk management and financial KPIsAbility to translate data insights into business strategiesPreferred QualificationsFamiliarity with machine learning frameworks Scikitlearn TensorFlow for credit risk modelingExperience with Google Cloud Platform GCP services like Vertex AI Cloud Functions and PubSubKnowledge of regulatory compliance eg Basel GDPR and data governance in financial services
