Seu perfil precisa ser/ter:Sólida experiência com Elixir e Phoenix Framework, incluindo LiveView.Domínio de JavaScript moderno (ES6+) e TailwindCSS para construção de interfaces interativas e responsivas.Experiência com arquiteturas distribuídas e orientadas a eventos, especialmente com Kafka.Conhecimento em Redis e bancos de dados relacionais (PostgreSQL).Experiência em design e consumo de APIs (REST e GraphQL).Vivência com micro-serviços, incluindo comunicação assíncrona e escalabilidade.Boas práticas de Clean Code, Design Patterns e Testes Automatizados.Experiência com CI/CD pipelines e ferramentas de automação (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI, etc.).Capacidade de trabalhar com observabilidade (logs, métricas, tracing) e troubleshooting em produção.Inglês técnico para leitura e escrita. Requisitos diferenciais:Experiência com arquiteturas orientadas a domínio (DDD).Conhecimento de sistemas financeiros, meios de pagamento ou infraestrutura bancária.Experiência com Open Finance, Pix, cartões e integrações regulatórias (BACEN, SLC, etc.).Contribuições open-source em projetos Elixir ou participação ativa na comunidade.Experiência com infraestrutura em nuvem (AWS).Familiaridade com monitoramento distribuído usando ferramentas como Grafana, Prometheus ou Honeycomb.Capacidade de atuar em times multifuncionais e ágeis com metodologias como Scrum ou Kanban.Mindset orientado a produto, com atenção à experiência do usuário e performance.O que esse profissional fará no cotidiano?Desenvolver, manter e evoluir sistemas críticos de gestão financeira, checkout e integrações de pagamento utilizados pelos clientes.Participar ativamente de decisões arquiteturais e técnicas, garantindo alta disponibilidade, segurança e escalabilidade.Colaborar com times de Produto, Design e Infraestrutura na construção de soluções completas e coesas.Implementar novas funcionalidades com foco em desempenho, qualidade e experiência do usuário.Garantir a integridade dos dados e resiliência das transações em ambientes de alto volume.Contribuir com a melhoria contínua do stack tecnológico, práticas de engenharia e cultura de excelência técnica.Realizar code reviews, mentorias e apoiar o crescimento técnico do time.Participar de discussões estratégicas sobre evolução de produto e roadmap tecnológico.
