Seu perfil precisa ser/ter:Experiência prática com Elixir e Phoenix Framework (incluindo LiveView).Conhecimento sólido em JavaScript (ES6+) e TailwindCSS para desenvolvimento de front-ends modernos.Experiência com Redis e bancos de dados relacionais (PostgreSQL).Noções de mensageria e eventos, preferencialmente com Kafka.Compreensão de arquiteturas baseadas em micro-serviços e comunicação entre serviços.Boas práticas de Clean Code, versionamento com Git e testes automatizados.Familiaridade com CI/CD pipelines e entrega contínua.Capacidade de leitura e escrita técnica em inglês. Requisitos diferenciais:Experiência anterior em sistemas financeiros, pagamentos ou bancos digitais.Conhecimento de Open Finance, Pix, integrações com gateways ou APIs bancárias.Experiência com monitoramento e observabilidade (Prometheus, Grafana, Sentry, etc.).Vivência com infraestrutura em nuvem (AWS).Interesse em Elixir OTP, processos concorrentes e performance.Participação em comunidades técnicas, open-source ou eventos de tecnologia.O que esse profissional fará no cotidiano?Desenvolver e manter sistemas de Internet Banking, Checkout e integrações de pagamento de alta disponibilidade.Trabalhar em conjunto com times de produto, design e backend para entregar novas funcionalidades.Escrever código limpo, testável e eficiente, seguindo padrões e boas práticas da equipe.Apoiar a evolução arquitetural dos sistemas, propondo melhorias contínuas.Participar de code reviews e contribuir para o fortalecimento da cultura técnica do time.Investigar e resolver problemas em produção com foco em estabilidade e qualidade da experiência do usuário.
