At Keeta, we’re redefining how users engage with food delivery—making every interaction fun, rewarding, and habit-forming. As a User Operation Specialist (Gamification) , you’ll design game-inspired experiences that drive daily engagement, repeat orders, and viral growth. If you're passionate about behavioral design and love building creative user loops, this is your arena.
???? What You’ll Be Doing
???? Creative Mechanic Development Design addictive engagement mechanics like spin-the-wheel , mission-based challenges , and group order incentives . Drive higher session times and conversions through gameplay-inspired features that reward user action.
???? Gamification System Engineering Build dynamic “order → earn → redeem” loops , incorporating badges, points, and progress bars . Use behavioral triggers to encourage repeat actions and deepen user loyalty.
⚙️ Real-Time Experience Optimization Leverage heatmaps and engagement data to adjust reward probabilities, triggers, and timing . Continuously balance ROI with user delight in real-time.
???? Social Virality Design Create scalable viral loops through share-to-unlock mechanisms (e.g., split red packets, gift orders, free meal invites). Enable cost-efficient user acquisition through user-driven sharing.
✅ What We’re Looking For
Industry Experience Proven background in user growth, gamification, or product operations , ideally within food delivery or O2 O ecosystems.
Technical & Creative Skills Hands-on experience with mini-game platforms like We Chat Mini Programs , ZEGO , or similar frameworks. Applied knowledge of behavioral economics concepts such as loss aversion , variable rewards , and instant gratification .
Data-Driven Thinking Ability to build and analyze engagement funnels to optimize CAC vs. LTV performance. Strong command of multivariate testing , cohort analysis , and attribution modeling .

Experience launching seasonal or event-based gamified campaigns (e.g., holidays, sports, cultural moments).
Passion for turning numbers into fun, sticky user experiences.
