ABOUT SHEIN: SHEIN is a global online fashion and lifestyle retailer, offering SHEIN branded apparel and products from global network of vendors, all at affordable prices.Headquartered in Singapore, SHEIN remains committed to making the beauty of fashion accessible to all, promoting its industry-leading, on demand production methodology, for a smarter, future-ready industry.Founded in ****, SHEIN has more than 16,000 employees operating from offices around the world, and continues to expand operations globally.Join SHEIN and be the futureABOUT THE ROLE:We are seeking a Senior Support Specialist to provide advanced technical support for users and systems within a corporate IT environment.The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, Entra ID (Azure AD), and user support through ticketing systems.This professional will also handle basic Windows and Linux server maintenance and perform network troubleshooting as needed.The role involves ensuring service stability, maintaining system integrity, and collaborating with infrastructure and security teams to improve operational efficiency and end-user experience.RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for users, resolving incidents and service requests via the ticketing system.Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Share Point, Teams, and Intune.Manage user accounts, groups, and access permissions in Entra ID (Azure Active Directory).Perform basic maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of Windows and Linux servers.Support network-related issues such as connectivity, DHCP, DNS, and VPN access.Document technical procedures, configurations, and solutions.Collaborate with other IT teams on escalations, system improvementsREQUIREMENTS:Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.Proven experience in IT support, preferably in corporate or enterprise environments.Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and Entra ID (Azure AD).Basic understanding of Windows Server and Linux environments.Basic knowledge of network concepts (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).Experience with IT ticketing systems and customer support.Advanced English.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-900, MD-102, AZ-104).Experience with automation tools such as Power Shell or scripting.Familiarity with ITIL practices or similar support frameworks.Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.Intermediate toAt Shein, we believe that diversity is the force that drives innovation.We are committed to creating an environment where all voices are heard, valued and respected.All our vacancies are inclusive for people with disabilities, women, black people, LGBTQIAPN+ community and all types of diversity.
