Position Overview

Kenvue is currently recruiting a Senior Finance Director for the Global PICC area. This position reports to the VP of Global Supply Chain Finance and is based in São Paulo or São José dos Campos, Brazil. The role is responsible for financial leadership of key Supply Chain Finance processes, requiring strong cross-functional and cross-regional collaboration to drive standardization, influence business decisions, and improve Gross Profit.

This position will lead significant changes in the way PICC operates, driving consistency and standardization across regions while ensuring strategic partnerships with the business. The Director will provide valuable financial insights and ensure that complex financial transactions, financial statements, costing, and intercompany pricing, including statutory reporting for all Global SC entities, are efficient, accurate, compliant, and aligned with Kenvue guidelines. Additionally, this role serves as a key business partner to Regional Senior Finance Directors, Global FP&A, Group Finance, Tax Planning, Treasury, and Controllership leaders.

What You Will Do

This role provides financial and business leadership to the Global Supply Chain organization, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve financial and business objectives in the Global P&L. Responsibilities include partnering within Operations functional pillars, Finance Leaders across regions, and the commercial organization to lead end-to-end profitability delivery, as well as managing free cash flow through consistent inventory optimization. This role leads 6 direct reports and an extended team of 95 solid-line finance employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strong expertise in Supply Chain and Cost Accounting, driving global standardization of key PICC processes, including costing, currency, profit passback, and SLOB.
• Enhance current practices and develop new solutions and strategies in collaboration with Treasury, Tax, and Controllership to strengthen financial efficiency in currency risk management, inventory flows, and responsible costing, driving appropriate business actions to mitigate impacts and improve Gross Profit.
• Lead the design of the One S4 system and other tools, ensuring that the specific needs of Supply Chain are met, enhancing productivity and results.
• Foster close business partnerships with Regional SC Finance Leaders and Commercial Finance teams, providing early visibility of cost movements and proactively managing inflationary and currency pressures.
• Be responsible for Inventory Accounting across regions ensuring correct Financial Statements and reconciliation
• Cultivate a culture of compliance, ensuring that financial processes and systems adhere to global procedures while promoting accountability throughout all PICC-related processes.
• Be a key leader in the development and execution of our Global Inventory strategy, maximizing value creation and efficiencies in our operations and network choices.
• Collaborate across functions, enterprises, and regions to optimize overall P&L results for Kenvue globally and regionally.
• Champion the culture of Global PICC and the LATAM SCF hub, driving talent development, accountability, and results. Work across Kenvue finance to enhance leadership in talent acquisition, development, and retention.
• Provide strategic tax leadership in Brazil, collaborating with Kenvue tax and Operations leadership in the region to enhance our operations network and maximize our statutory position.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• MBA and/or CPA is strongly preferred.
• A minimum of 17+ years of progressive finance experience is required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to shape and develop a compelling narrative.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Proven experience in people management, team building, and strong talent development skills.
• A demonstrated track record of influencing, leading, and interacting across all levels of the organization.
• Process-oriented individual with the ability to develop strategic and tactical plans.
• Skills in Strategic Thinking, Collaboration and Teamwork, Prudent Risk Taking, and Results and Performance Orientation are required.
