Responsabilidades e atribuições
Realizar a administração e manutenção de sistemas SAP Basis, bancos de dados Hana, Sybase, Oracle e MS SQL Server; Executar o monitoramento e troubleshooting do ambiente SAP; Implementar e validar atualizações de patches e correções; Configurar e otimizar o desempenho do sistema SAP; Realizar backups e restaurações de dados; Identificar e propor melhorias nos processos do sistema SAP; Análises de relatórios EWA’s; Análises de causa raiz em eventos e incidentes; Elaboração de propostas de melhoria, inclusive com a defesa destas com as equipes internas e dos nossos clientes; Documentar procedimentos e configurações do ambiente.Requisitos e qualificações
Experiência com administração de sistemas SAP Basis. Conhecimento avançado em SAP NetWeaver. Vivência em soluções de tecnologia de informação. Habilidade para solucionar problemas técnicos. Capacidade de análise e raciocínio lógico. Trabalho em equipe é primordial. Saber transferir conhecimento. Gerar empatia com nossas equipes internas e com nossos clientes.-
