Responsabilidades e atribuições
- Realizar a administração e manutenção de sistemas SAP Basis, bancos de dados Hana, Sybase, Oracle e MS SQL Server;
- Executar o monitoramento e troubleshooting do ambiente SAP;
- Implementar e validar atualizações de patches e correções;
- Configurar e otimizar o desempenho do sistema SAP;
- Realizar backups e restaurações de dados;
- Identificar e propor melhorias nos processos do sistema SAP;
- Análises de relatórios EWA s;
- Análises de causa raiz em eventos e incidentes;
- Elaboração de propostas de melhoria, inclusive com a defesa destas com as equipes internas e dos nossos clientes;
- Documentar procedimentos e configurações do ambiente.
Requisitos e qualificações
- Experiência com administração de sistemas SAP Basis.
- Conhecimento avançado em SAP NetWeaver.
- Vivência em soluções de tecnologia de informação.
- Habilidade para solucionar problemas técnicos.
- Capacidade de análise e raciocínio lógico.
- Trabalho em equipe é primordial.
- Saber transferir conhecimento.
- Gerar empatia com nossas equipes internas e com nossos clientes.
