About The Company
We’re hiring a Remote Digital Operations Coordinator / Technical Operations Specialist to serve as an integrator across three brands, Copy Squad, PickJunkies, and our agency division. In this role, you’ll work directly with the CEO to build and maintain automations, streamline onboarding, organize creative assets, and analyze performance data. Your contributions will form the operational backbone of the business, enabling the creative team to stay focused on strategy and growth.
Copy Squad is a boutique agency that helps businesses scale through direct-response copywriting and strategic marketing. We specialize in high-converting funnels, email campaigns, and sales pages that deliver measurable results. Our culture values autonomy, clarity, and execution. Responsibilities
Build and manage automations in GoHighLevel (tags, triggers, email/SMS sequences, upsell/downsell flows)
Automate cross-sell and upsell campaigns (e.g., lifetime pass offers triggered post-purchase)
Integrate fulfillment extras (e.g., Printify t-shirt delivery) into automation stack
Maintain and optimize onboarding sequences from purchase → Discord → product access
Simplify onboarding for less tech-savvy users with walkthroughs and explainer videos
Maintain a centralized swipe file system for copywriters (Notion-based)
Organize and distribute high-performing promos, emails, and ads for easy access if requested by writers.
Use GoHighLevel API or integrations to track email performance (open/click rates)
Gather top-performing client promos and store them for internal use
Maintain templated assets for junior-level tasks (order forms, upsells, offers)
Ensure funnels (opt-ins, follow-ups, upsells) are running and optimized
Implement upsell triggers and fulfillment automation
Act as an ops partner across all brands, tying together tech, customer experience, and internal processes
Take over low-leverage tasks currently handled by the CEO and design lead
Focus first 30/60/90 days on agency swipe system, PickJunkies onboarding, and Copy Squad automations
Requirements
Exceptional fluency in English across reading, writing, and verbal communication
Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar agency environment (preferred)
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with automations, integrations, and system optimization
Minimum 2 years of project management experience using PM tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana—not ticketing platforms)
Leadership experience in managing teams or cross-functional projects (preferred)
Familiarity with copywriting and marketing funnels (preferred)
Strong technical aptitude; comfortable working with automation platforms and digital tools
Proven ability to identify inefficiencies and implement long-term, scalable solutions
Skilled in breaking down complex projects into clear, actionable steps
Capable of making sound decisions independently and managing multiple priorities
Additional requirements:
Available to work in U.S. EST time zones
Access to a computer and basic tech setup
Reliable internet connection
Reliable and distraction-free work environment
Financial industry knowledge is helpful
Project Management tool experience with Notion or similar software, highly preferred [Not ticketing tools like Jira]
