Requisitos e qualificações:
Requisitos:
Superior completo ou cursando em Administração, Marketing, Comunicação ou áreas correlatas;
Experiência prévia em funções de atendimento ao cliente, suporte ou Customer Success (CS - Customer Success);
Capacidade de organização e priorização de demandas;
Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;
Proatividade e mentalidade prática para resolução de problemas;
Capacidade de pensar em soluções aplicáveis e identificar melhorias de processo;
Capacidade de receber feedbacks e melhorar constantemente;
Experiência com CRM (Customer Relationship Management), como HubSpot (Desejável);
Habilidades técnicas básicas, como programação básica (Desejável);
Interesse genuíno em construir carreira na área de Customer Success (CS - Customer Success).
Jornada de trabalho: Segunda-feira à sexta-feira.
Conhecimentos:
Escolaridade: Graduação - Administração ,Comunicação,Marketing - Indiferente
Habilidades técnicas: CRM, HubSpot
