Customer Success Specialist
LegalSight is a leading legal services firm at the forefront of global innovation. We are currently looking to expand one of our teams which specializes in immigration case management systems. This team is dedicated to delivering efficient and effective software solutions designed to streamline the immigration process for its clients.
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Customer Success Specialist to join our team. In this administrative, non-technical role, the Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for customer service and account configuration tasks. The primary duties include providing excellent customer support to our clients and inputting client information into our software system to facilitate account setup. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy, ensuring that all client data is entered correctly and efficiently.
This is a full-time, fully remote position. Candidates must be available to work in east coast U.S. time zone. In order to provide support to our clients in multiple time zones, we will be looking one candidate who can work Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time AND a second candidate who can work Monday – Friday 11:00am – 8:00pm Eastern Standard Time.

Responsibilities:
- Provide support and guidance to clients throughout the account setup process, addressing any questions or issues they may have.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of client information at all times.
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Input client information accurately and efficiently into our software system for account setup.
- Perform administrative configuration tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Follow established procedures and guidelines for data entry and configuration.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Communicate any issues or discrepancies with client data to the appropriate team members for resolution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
