
Direct Sales Representative/ Customer Manager

Participate in the formulation and execution of customer operation strategies to enhance customer experience.
Lead customer operation tasks, follow up on customer needs and issue resolutions, and be accountable for customer satisfaction.
Participate in the formulation and implementation of user growth strategies, and through effective customer communication and follow-up, drive user growth and retention.
Analyze sales data, adjust sales strategies, and achieve sales targets.
Work closely with team members, record customer demands and interaction information for product optimization and iteration, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Regularly submit sales reports and market/customer analysis reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, or E-commerce.
Native Portuguese speaker with a good command of English, able to communicate smoothly with local clients in Brazil. Open to working in an international environment.
At least 4 years of work experience in direct sales, customer management, customer growth, or related fields.
Excellent communication skills and techniques, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Proficient in using office software (such as CRM software and Excel) for customer information, customer data statistics, and summary organization.
Proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit, able to withstand a certain level of performance pressure.
