The individual responsible for this role will establish and manage sales deal operations, working closely with the sales and customer teams. This position is accountable for processing direct deals, driving business growth, and serving as a subject matter expert on opportunity management and quoting.
This role reports to the manager of channel deal operations.
Responsibilities:- Perform opportunity management and create/manage quotes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, revenue operations, and the customer team.
- Support docusign sales representatives with back-office activities, becoming a subject matter expert on processes to close deals.
- Obtain proper approvals for quotes and ensure accurate information transmission to associated parties.
- Verify order forms are correct and submitted to customers, stewarding the process from beginning to end.
- Support sales in maintaining opportunities correctly and ensuring timely quote performance.
- Provide enablement and training to sales regarding processes to increase sales understanding of docusign's operations.
- Drive quicker and tighter deal times by reducing errors and inconsistencies within various touchpoints of the process.
