As a Sales Operations Manager , you will be critical in shaping our sales processes and enhancing operational efficiency. This will enable our sales teams to achieve remarkable success and provide unparalleled service to our clients.Main
Key Responsibilities:
Process Management and Optimization:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales processes, ensuring information flows effectively across different interfaces.
- Propose innovations and continuous improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in sales processes and Sales Ops indicators.
- Directly support the sales team in administrative activities such as generating quotes, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure bureaucratic processes are completed efficiently and handle renewals and inquiries proactively.
- Communicate effectively with international accounts, managing necessary translations and adaptations in documents and processes.
- Generate and maintain all necessary documentation for the efficient functioning of sales processes.
- Create support materials, presentations, and videos to facilitate the field team's work and ensure high visual and informational quality.
- Supervision and daily support of the Sales Backoffice team, ensuring the team enables sales reps to focus on selling and client engagement.
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of administrative sales processes.
- Oversee quoting, contract handling, CRM updates, and reporting workflows.
- Guarantee interdepartmental coordination (Finance, Legal, Customer Success, etc.).
- Supervise and align on process optimization and automation initiatives.
- Collaborate on pricing policies, reporting, and operational KPIs.
- Support standardization and scalability of sales processes.
- Provide direction on content, training, and onboarding strategies (Sales Enablement activities);
- Ensure the sales team has access to effective tools and learning resources.
- Align enablement initiatives with sales goals and business priorities.
- Monitor the impact of enablement efforts on sales performance.
- Facilitate process integration with systems like Salesforce and promote practical interfacing between various company departments.
- Participate in the planning and implementation projects that affect the sales system and its compatibility with existing systems.
- Maintain constant communication with the accounts team to ensure clients' renewals and continued use of services.
- Develop pricing strategies, contributing to the analysis and definition of prices and discounts in collaboration with other areas.
- Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or related fields;
- Proven experience in developing and optimizing sales processes;
- Experience with CRM systems, primarily Salesforce;
- Relevant experience in sales support or sales operations functions;
- Previous experience in corporate environments focusing on B2B sales.
- Previous experience in Technology companies as a core product (in cybersecurity will be a plus);
- Skill in developing and implementing pricing strategies, discount analysis, and definition (will be a plus);
- Strong analytical skills and evaluation of data and numbers;
- Fluent English for daily communication;
- Ability to implement continuous improvements to enhance efficiency;
- Skill in translating and adapting documentation for international contexts;
- Experience in supporting sales teams administratively and operationally;
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively and work effectively in multicultural environments.
