- Sales Target Management: Break down the SMB team's business objectives and identify key sales indicators that impact the team\'s ability to achieve these targets. Establish a target management system and utilize efficient data tools and organizational methods to manage the SMB team's daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Operational Analysis: Utilize inputs from industry, competitive, and merchant information to gain insights into franchise brand growth and competitive opportunity points.
- Sales strategy development: Develop a sales strategy by identifying growth opportunities through analysis and prospecting, and create a clear execution path.
- Project Management: Utilize project management to ensure the successful implementation of key business goals and strategies. Mobilize resources from the strategy, product, and operations teams to effectively support the SMB team in achieving its business goals.
What We Need From You:
- Experience: more than 2 years of experience in merchant operations, promotion preparations, and sales team operations.
- Data analysis skills: proficient with various analysis software, capable of conducting multi-dimensional analysis and making informed business judgments.
- Market insight: information sensitivity to the market and industry, able to capture development trends, and formulate strategies.
- Project management ability: good at communication and expression, strong coordination, team consciousness, and organizational ability.
- Languages: English and Portuguese can be used as working languages.
The following are preferred:
- Experience in the food delivery industry and the local-based service industry is preferred.
- Proficient in using SQL or other data analysis tools.
- Experience in merchant operations/strategy operations/product operations preferred.

Job responsibilities:
- Sales Target Management: Dissect the business objectives for chain brand teams, and identify key sales metrics impacting the achievement of these goals. Develop an objective management indicator system, leveraging efficient data tools and organizational mechanisms to manage franchise brand team sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Operational Analysis: Utilize inputs from industry, competitive, and merchant information to gain insights into franchise brand growth and competitive opportunity points.
- Sales Strategy Breakdown: Through operational analysis and exploration, identify business growth opportunities, and formulate feasible sales strategies and frontline execution paths.
- Project Management: Employ project management methods to ensure effective execution of critical business objectives and strategies. Analyze and swiftly assess the feasibility and risks of chain brand team objectives, harnessing resources from strategies, products, and operation team to drive the achievement of business goals for chain brand teams.

Job description:
Senior Manager position to act as the primary Compliance Officer for Samsung's Latin America business, serving as a trusted advisor and compliance leader. This position will implement and oversee the compliance program at both regional and subsidiaries levels, ensuring adherence to all applicable laws and regulations of Latin America, including Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Panama and Peru. This role requires the Compliance Officer to collaborate extensively with the broader Legal and Compliance team to uphold Samsung's global standards and will advise stakeholders on the compliance implications of business decisions.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the designated Compliance professional in accordance with local regulations.
- Oversee and administer the compliance program for Samsung Latin America.
- Develop, maintain, and enforce compliance policies and procedures, ensuring ongoing adherence of all applicable regulations, such as labor, fair competition, anti-bribery, anti-corruption, etc.
- Conduct due diligences and maintain strong relationship with key stakeholders.
- Ensure day-to-day compliance with periodic activities, such as internal audits, communication campaigns and trainings.
- Identify, assess and mitigate legal and compliance risks specific to the Latin America business through effective controls and monitoring.
- Lead and oversee ethics investigations into ethics and integrity incidents, utilizing investigative techniques and data analysis to detect irregularities.
- Stay informed on regulatory developments in the Latin America region and assess impacts on compliance and business operations. Produce timely and accurate reports to Senior management and Global Office, maintaining compliance with all obligations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law required.
- Prior experience at a multinational company and/or law firms.
- Specialization or Master's Degree in Compliance, Corporate Governance or related corporate areas is desirable.
- Compliance certification (CCEP, CPC-A) will be considered as a plus.
- Advanced English Skills.
- Advanced Spanish Skills.
- Experience and knowledge of handling compliance programs at corporate environment with desirable knowledge of the Latin America region.
- Sound judgment in selecting the best approach to resolve complex issues.
- Strong team orientation with excellent skills to foster collaboration across diverse teams.
- Ability to engage with all levels of management to achieve objectives.
- Outstanding organizational skills, delivering accurate work and meeting tight deadlines consistently.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priories and adapting quickly to changing business needs.
