  • Experiência em análise e criação de KPIs;
  • Desejável conhecimento em Programação e operação de banco de dados (Oracle, Mysql);
  • Necessário disponibilidade para atuação em escala de sobreaviso.

Responsável por realizar a manutenção e operação especializada em sistemas de rede CORE de nível 3, realizando configurações e manutenções preventivas das plataformas e serviços de VAS.

 

Principais atividades

  • Operar a rede CORE de nível 3, realizando configurações e manutenções preventivas das plataformas e serviços de VAS;
  • Tratar falhas de plataformas e reclamação de assinantes, assumindo protagonismo técnico perante áreas clientes;
  • Atuar em regime de sobreaviso, de modo a garantir a estabilidade e disponibilidade da Rede (24 horas e 7 dias por semana);
  • Gerenciar atividades de CORE relacionadas a implementação de novos projetos, atuando como líder técnico em testes de laboratório e rollout;
  • Liderar discussões de soluções técnicas junto aos fornecedores de equipamentos / tecnologia / soluções;
  • Realizar gestão do SLA dos fornecedores para os chamados técnicos;
  • Controlar e revisar periodicamente os chamados críticos e gerar relatórios gerenciais;
  • Revisar periodicamente os processos / procedimentos técnicos /check list relacionados à ativação de novos elementos;
  • Realizar auditorias periódicas na rede para a manutenção da padronização dos elementos;
  • Avaliar impactos nas funcionalidades dos novos serviços e também nos serviços existentes associados a implementação de novos projetos;
  • Implementar melhorias para os processos internos;
  • Interagir com as áreas de Planejamento, Engenharia e NOC para coletar dados ou informar problemas de Redes;
  • Buscar oportunidades de automação de processos.
