Credit & Collection Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Credit and Collections Coordinator to join our team. This role involves managing operational credit and collection procedures, including credit assessment, customer collection, handling bank files, reconciling bank balances, and recording receipts in the SAP system. Additionally, the coordinator will be responsible for managing commercial representative contracts, calculating commissions, preparing cash flow projections, and generating weekly delinquency reports. Qualifications :Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical sciences, or a related field. Strong technical background with customer-facing experience. Proficiency in software tools relevant to technical support (Microsoft, SAP, Sales-Force). Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish for seamless communication with clients. Willingness to travel.
