Sinclair is looking for an Inside Salesperson to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for serving customers, offering products, and ensuring high levels of customer retention and recovery. You'll engage directly with clients to address their needs and foster long-term relationships. This position provides an excellent opportunity to contribute to our sales efforts and enhance customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Carry out activities related to the sale of products
  • Analyze sales processes
  • Monitor negotiations
  • Analyze customer profiles
  • Guide and provide information about the product
  • Assist customers and vendors
  • Perform system upgrades
  • Analyze and update customer records
  • Administer sales reports
  • Issue information
  • Complete daily visit reports
  • Complete worksheets
  • Monitor sales indicators
  • Accompany client briefings
  • Follow up on the issuance of proposals
  • Keep track of customer visits
  • Perform related activities


Essential:

  • Degree complete or studying in Business Administration, Commercial Management or related fields.


Desirable:

  • Office package, knowledge of Power BI, CRM.

  • Knowledge of the market and understanding of the public and company operations
  • Strong communication and writing skills to optimize customer contact
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
