Requisitos

  • Atuação na área comercial, como account manager, customer success, business development ou áreas correlatas 
  • Experiência com gestão de clientes enterprise
  • Experiência com gestão de funil de vendas de clientes enterprise, com foco em aquisição
  • Excel avançado

 

Formação 

  • Formação mínima: Ensino superior completo 
  • Área de estudo: Administração, Relações Internacionais, Economia, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas 

 

Competências Desejáveis 

  • Experiência prévia em empresas de tecnologia, preferencialmente no mercado de pagamentos.
  • Conhecimento do mercado de e-commerce.
  • Técnicas de negociação com empresas com estruturas maiores 
  • Experiência com vendas consultivas B2B  
  • Inglês avançado


Informações Adicionais

  • Regime de contração (CLT), 40 horas semanais;
  • De segunda a sexta-feira.
  • Representar a PagBrasil pessoalmente junto aos parceiros de negócios envolvidos com nosso core business, como plataformas de e-commerce, agências de e-commerce e empresas de tecnologia
  • Conduzir conversas presenciais de alto nível com executivos de nível C e VP, tanto a nível nacional como internacional, com uma abordagem focada em desenvolver e manter relacionamentos
  • Ser o ponto focal para o Time de Sales, do ponto de vista de negociação e demonstração do produto para clientes enterprise
  • Concentrar-se na prospecção de clientes enterprise, acima de R$ 1 milhão, independentemente da plataforma, atuando também em outras negociações quando houver indicação clara de ser clientes enterprise
  • Cultivar relacionamentos fortes com as principais partes interessadas e tomadores de decisão nas empresas-alvo.
  • Compreender os pontos de dor únicos e os requisitos de cada cliente
  • Atuar como a voz do cliente enterprise, colaborando de perto com equipes de desenvolvimento de produtos, operações, marketing e sucesso do cliente/vendas para impulsionar a adoção de soluções da nossa plataforma de pagamento digital.
  • Executar as atividades de iscovery definidas no playbook de vendas para leads provenientes dos canais inbound e outbound, focando nas áreas de atuação mencionadas anteriormente
  • Estruturar as apresentações de discovery, por meio de demonstração e proposta personalizada para cada prospect enterprise
  • Participar de visitas presenciais (discovery, demonstração e apresentação de proposta) com prospects enterprise.
  • Preparar propostas comerciais específicas para cada prospect
  • Atualizar a ferramenta de CRM (SalesForce) utilizada no processo de vendas em cada etapa de evolução do prospect no funil de vendas
  • Acompanhar e liderar o processo de integração de cada prospect fechado, passando por KYC, contrato, Due Diligence e Go Live
  • Participar das reuniões de rotina da área: reuniões diárias, overview semanal geral, reuniões de vendas, reuniões semanais com a equipe de pré-vendas e treinamentos técnicos
  • Acompanhar o desempenho dos indicadores de negócio de cada cliente da carteira
  • Sugerir opções de eventos corporativos para participarmos que reflitam o foco nas nossas parcerias estratégicas e em clientes enterprise
  • Participar de feiras e eventos oficiais patrocinados pela PagBrasil, com presença física nos estandes e estruturas da empresa
