The role of Data and Consumer Insights Analyst Sales Strategy is a dynamic position that combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Develop sales strategies using data insights to drive growth, efficiency, and cross-functional alignment. Create and maintain sales plans, forecasts, and performance dashboards aligned with business priorities. Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for expansion. Optimize sales processes, tools, and operational workflows to enhance scalability and efficiency. Train the sales team on best practices, provide resources and support to improve productivity. Lead performance tracking and reviews, providing actionable insights to leadership. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and strategic execution. Required Skills Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field. 3–7 years of experience in business strategy, sales operations, or consulting. Strong analytical skills with ability to produce industry analysis and business insights independently. Proficient in handling large data sets and generating executive reports. High initiative, ownership mindset, and ability to perform under pressure. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Nice to Have Experience in digital media, technology, or platform-based companies. CRM systems, sales automation, and data visualization tool expertise (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau).
