Dentro da área de Customer Success (área que garante o sucesso e satisfação de nossos clientes), voce ira atuar como Gerente de Customer Success em clientes/projetos na LATAM. Habilidades que esperamos de voce: Empatia, capacidade de ouvir e compreender os clientes/gestores da Stratesys, bom comunicador Habilidades interpessoais Capacidade analítica e de resolução Pensamento critico Iniciativa, proatividade Compreensão de como é feita a execução (ao nível de fases, etc.) de projetos tecnológicos (não é necessário conhecer tecnologias específicas) Generalista no conhecimento dos produtos oferecidos pela Stratesys Capacidade de otimizar processos (usar automações simples). Alem do portugues, outra lingua que se sinta confortavel para utilizar no dia a dia (ingles e/ou espanhol). Responsabilidades das posicao: Reuniões com clientes e/ou equipes internas da Stratesys para coletar feedback, acordar ações de melhoria, etc. Preparar planos de ação para oportunidades de melhoria e riscos identificados. Facilitar as equipes internas no desenvolvimento de planos de ação para resolução de problemas e apoiar na coordenação de iniciativas internas. Elaboração de relatórios associados a atividades anteriores Buscamos um perfil sênior com experiência em relacionamento direto com clientes na área tecnológica e experiência em gerenciamento de entrega de projetos/serviços tecnológicos.
