We are looking for a Senior Software Quality Analyst , who wants to learn and transform their career, in a CLT contract, hybrid, in the city of São Paulo. In this role you will: Test Planning and Design: - Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements. - Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and acceptance criteria. 2. Test Execution: - Execute manual and automated tests to identify software defects and ensure that applications meet quality standards. - Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, performance, and usability testing. 3. Defect Management: - Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or Azure Devops. - Work closely with the development team to reproduce, diagnose, and resolve defects. 4. Automation Testing: - Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar frameworks. - Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to ensure continuous testing and rapid feedback. 5. Test Environment Management: - Set up and maintain test environments, including test data and configurations. - Ensure that test environments are representative of production environments to accurately assess application performance and behavior. 6. Reporting and Documentation: - Prepare and present test reports, including test coverage, test results, and defect metrics. - Document test procedures, test cases, and test results for future reference and audit purposes. 7. Continuous Improvement: - Participate in retrospectives and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and methodologies. - Stay current with industry trends and best practices in software testing and quality assurance. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies. - Experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar. - Proficiency in using bug tracking and test management tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or Trello. - Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript is a plus. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software. - Effective communication and collaboration skills. - Speak professional Spanish.
