We're expanding our operations in one of the most significant markets for inDrive, and to help us with it we are looking for a Senior Business Specialist (Ride Hailing) who'll be responsible for the business growth in Brazil.
Please notice that CVs in English will be considered primarily.
What will you do:
Growing business in Brazil with main KPIs of the ride-hailing business of inDrive: Rides, GMV, NetRev.
Monitoring and improving customer satisfaction metrics by addressing customer concerns and feedback;
Supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies to build and strengthen the brand in the local market;
Gather and analyze data using: Google Spreadsheets, tableau, swrve, and Data Studio.
Providing support in business and KPIs planning.
What we expect from you:
Fluent in English and Portuguese;
2-3+ years experience in business operations/expansion/launching in Ride-Hailing, Delivery, and E-commerce fields are highly preferred;
Advanced knowledge of analytical tools: Tableau, Google services, and other BI;
Marketing research experience;
Knowledge of digital marketing: planning, results evaluation, tools, and media planning;
Long-term strategic vision - ability to understand consequences of actions for a long-term perspective business outcome;
Operational Excellence;
Adaptability and flexibility;
Attention to detail and a data-driven mindset.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and multicultural environment.
