What you will do?
  • Leading end-to-end Sprinklr implementation projects, from kickoff to go-live.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clientsbuilding trust, managing expectations, and ensuring smooth delivery.
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams (consultants, solution architects, developers) to keep milestones on track.
  • Defining project plans, timelines, and deliverables while proactively managing risks and dependencies.
  • Facilitating workshops, steering clear communication, and keeping stakeholders engaged at every step.
  • Driving continuous improvementidentifying ways to optimize delivery and elevate the client experience.
What are we looking for?
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally in SaaS, CX, or tech-driven environments.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communicationyoure just as comfortable with C-level execs as you are with technical teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while keeping quality at the center.
  • Fluent English (C1/C2). Spanish is a plus
