About the Role
We are looking for an Infrastructure Analyst who wants to transform their career.

Responsibilities
Centralized monitoring and response for IT events, incidents, and escalations across
Oversight of cloud (AWS, Azure), network, server, and data center infrastructure, including application performance and patch management.
Provision specific compute, networks, and infrastructure to meet business and operational requirements.
Execute provisioning of network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, cellular modems), including procurement, storage, physical availability, and decommissioning at the direction of the Network team.
Develop and implement automation plans for network device provisioning and for infrastructure provisioning in accordance with the Ameren agreement.
Perform lifecycle provisioning for Windows and Linux servers, including system setup, configuration, access management, software installation, and integration into the network environment at the direction of Infrastructure Services.
Maintain infrastructure provisioning standards, process documentation, and ensure audit readiness.
Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports to promote transparency, support compliance, and enhance proactive oversight of the network environment.

Qualifications
Experience working with cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
Knowledge of enterprise IT systems, networks, and data centers.
Ability to follow Infrastructure Services and Network Team guidelines for provisioning and lifecycle management.
Understanding of audit and compliance requirements related to IT infrastructure.

Required Skills
Good experience in administering and managing multiple Windows servers, VMware, RHEL, NAS, SAN, NFS, and Commvault backup tools.
Strong ability to provision and configure network hardware and server environments.
Skills in automation development for infrastructure and network provisioning.
Solid documentation skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and reporting abilities.
