Description of responsibilities :Market research of Brazilian building materials to explore market opportunities and make market development plans.Material sales including TPO, PVC, HDPE, SBS, APP and other waterproofing membrane materials; geomembrane; rubber powder; cellulose ether; concrete additives; mortar powder and other building materials.Formulate sales policies and develop sales channels.Establish cooperative relationships with Brazilian construction and real estate companies to achieve sales targets.Responsible for reporting and solving problems encountered with the company's products, guiding and assisting in dealing with customer complaints, and providing timely feedback to superiors on unsolved issues.Job requirements :Bachelor's degree or above, with 5 years of working experience in building materials sales.Experience in selling TPO, PVC, HDPE, SBS, APP and other waterproof materials, or sales experience with mortar powder, rubber powder, cellulose ether, and concrete admixture. Experience in similar industries is preferred.Understanding of building waterproof materials and decoration materials, along with relevant sales channels and resources.Proficiency in both English and Portuguese as working languages.Possess team spirit, a strong sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination abilities, and cross-cultural communication skills.Based in Sao Paulo and willing to travel across Brazil.#J-18808-Ljbffr
