Strategic Sales Leader Opportunity in Belem and Manaus

About the Role
Procter & Gamble is seeking a highly skilled Jr Sales Manager to join our team in Belem and Manaus, Brazil. As a key member of our Internal/Field Sales Team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing long-term relationships with clients, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote, develop, and maintain productive long-term relationships with clients.
- Acquire deep understanding of customer needs and requirements aligned with market knowledge.
- Negotiate contracts, promotional plans, and innovations through execution of marketing strategies and messages.
- Prepare forecasts of volumes, plans, and metrics for analysis of Sales data.
- Financial planning for customer payment.
Main Skills Needed:
The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic and analytical thinking, effective communication skills, emotional intelligence, a sense of ownership and productivity, collaboration, curiosity, creativity, learning agility, passion for sales, and leading with courage.
Qualifications:
- Complete higher education.
- Previous experience in Sales with active relationship with customers.
- Advanced English.
- Intermediate/advanced Office suite (in particular Excel).
- Desirable knowledge in Power BI and Knime.
- Active Driver's License.
- Reside in the place of vacancy or have availability for change.
- Mobility to move within Brazil throughout your career.
Schedule and Benefits:
This is a full-time opportunity with an estimated salary range of R$ 8,000 - R$ 12,000 per month, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
